Fresh Caught Grouper – On the grill (Simple, yet yummy)

I use a broiling pan, and I spray it with cooking spray so its easy to clean later.

Heat grill

Lay clean filets on some paper towels and dab it a little to dry it off

Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides

Sprinkle red pepper flakes on it as well – both sides

Set the broiling pan on the grill and close the lid – I typically check it every ten minutes or so since. My filets are reasonably thick I need to keep them on a little longer. Typically about 20 minutes or until the fish flakes apart with a fork

Wait until the fish are done and then take a lemon and squeeze its juice directly on the fish – Close the lid for one more minute – Remove from the grill and serve with your favorite fixins.

My husband reeling one in
On the way in for the day got a little sunset shot
My son and daughter in law
The most recent haul… Yum…
